Main Dish

Main dish, the non-seafood counterpart of our menu includes meat and vegetables. These are a mix of Filipino and, particularly, Ilocano dishes. That means that aside from the fish, non-Ilocano tourists can also take their pick in this menu for new dishes that they can try out.

Among these, dinakdakan is a bestseller. We make this Ilocano dish with pork head, snout, ears, and tongue. The ingredients are first softened by boiling before they are grilled. After cooking, they are chopped and mixed with fresh onions, ginger, and sukang Iloko to add flavor to the dish. Pork brain or mayonnaise, which are usual additions to dinakdakan, are available upon request.

Of course, bagnet is also an addition to the menu. We can serve it on its own, or added to mongo. We also serve the Filipino dish, adobo.

These dishes make the usual appearance on our menu. However, we also add other kinds of local dishes that aren’t on the list every so often to add variety to your choices for your meal. Visit us and see for yourself what is available. You can also contact us if you would like to ask what is on the menu on that particular day.
