Refund and Cancellation Policy
Rooms
We encourage our visitors to book their reservations early on, and we have a refund and cancellation policy that applies to these reservations. For the best interests of both the company and its customers, we expect that this refund and cancellation policy has been read before reservation arrangements are made.
- We provide reservations for those who contact us in advance about staying in one of our rooms. Paying at least 50% of the price as a reservation deposit would secure the said room/s from being offered to other potential visitors.
- Room reservations are considered as canceled upon the failure by the visitor to pay the reservation deposit and/or to confirm their arrival when we contact them one week before the booked date to confirm the reservation.
- Reservation deposits are nonrefundable, although we may allow the person who booked the reservation to bring another person or group of people to take the place of the original visitors.
- We do not give refunds for change of mind upon arrival.
Restaurant
- The above policies do not apply to our restaurant, as we do not offer food delivery.
